Named after Maryline's grand-mother, this cuvée has,

as she had, quite a character.

Not filtered, not fined, bottled traditionaly in a

heavy somelier bottle.
Please note the deposit is normal!

 

Must be stock under controlled temperature.

 

Lively, fresh, fat, floral and exotic fruits, and consistency. 

Good in the mouth without 

bitterness.

 

To have : with sauced fish, coquilles

st-jacques, lobster… With sauced white meats.
